The rooms are very bad and the facility are very poor and this are not 4 star hotel and the services are not good hot water constantly running out under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner and the rooms are not available electric catle and cups.

I haven't seen worse 4 star hotel than this. Service is worse. The rooms are pathetic. It does not deserve to be called 4 star. The services are worst. I recommend not to check in this hotel. I am not satisfied.

The service was very bad and terrible. we were uncomfortable and also the service was very slow we have to call 4 5 times fir nottle or other utensils. In google hotel was considered as 4 star but it is not, it's just a fake this is like 2 star

Stayed here on 17 July 19 with my brother. We chose ac double room with twin bed. The room was very good. Bathroom was very neat and clean. Towels were fresh. Restaurant was awesome. There is a bar attached to the hotel. The highlight of this hotel is the closeness to Ambalapuzha Sreekrishna Swami temple which is located about 200 metres away. Many of my friends from outside the state of Kerala have stayed in this hotel for official purposes before and had given very high opinion about it. I Stongly recommend this hotel for families.
